The interview process went seamlessly. At Salesforce, there are three interview rounds. The first round assesses your resume and the candidate's suitability for the role. The second round consists of a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. Finally, the third round requires you to present a case study to a panel. You'll have two weeks to prepare and deliver your slides. After successfully completing all rounds, you will receive an offer letter.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
