5 stage interview starting with an HR screening call. The next step was a 1:1 with the Head of the department. The third step was also a 1:1 with the Director of the Regulatory Department. I was then asked to complete a written exam, which was made up of 7 questions linked to one case study. The case study was quite reflective of the work I am currently performing. The final interview was with 2 other managers with whom I work on a daily basis. The interview process was a bit long, which lasted about 3 months. But all of the steps were insightful and gave me a real taste of what the role would be like.
