I received an email from recruiter to set up a 45-min phone interview. I was asked some statistical questions in this phone interview. Not hard. On-site interview at Mountain view. 4 interviews with 45 mins each. You should expect some applied math problems in your interview. I believe answers to some statistical questions they asked are wrong. I believe all of them donot have a Phd or even Master degree in statistics. They thought they knew statistics but I see they do not really deeply understand statistics based on questions they asked me. I think this job is looking for some guys in CS or Mechanical Engineering with some statistic knowledge, but not statistician.
