I went through internal referral as I did my summer internship with EY. Did my phone screening with one of the HR personnel and it was basically just a run through on your resume and yourself. The final interview was with the senior audit manager, it was pretty easy as he only asked questions based on my resume and my experience. Some of my colleagues got asked some technical questions by different interviewers though.
