Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our activity is looking for an Program Management Engineer for its R&D Center based in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Monbéliard; near Switzerland). The Center R&D from Bavans, with close to 1000 collaborators, develop innovative solutions for sustainable and clean mobility. It is Forvia's global center of expertise on hydrogen storage systems.

Apprenticeship duration 12 to 18 months, from June 26.

You will be working on challenges that matter

Your missions :

• Program process management
• Drafting of the PSCR agenda
• Drafting of the PSCR report
• Preparation of monthly PM slides
• Monitoring and synthesis of program performance indicators (OTD, TTPG, PLI)
• Monitoring and synthesis of program economic indicators (BP, dashboard)
• Monitoring and synthesis of R&D budget/forecast
• Improvement of the program process
• Creation of a program dashboard
• Creation of a standard presentation for each gate
• Creation of a global SLI for Bavans programs
• Creation of an escalation and alert process
