Reporting to the Creative team at the EMEA headquarters in Paris, the Creative Operations Assistant supports the Creative Operations Manager in daily tasks: production of photoshoots, monitoring and supporting cross-functional projects, asset management, invoicing, supplier account management, and image rights tracking.
Production
Pre-production: Preparing and checking products/bulks to be photographed
Production: Operational assistance during shoots
Post-production: Monitoring the receipt of assets for the creation of creative books
Supplier Management
Contacting talents and suppliers
Requesting quotes / sending purchase orders
Tracking invoices
Asset Management
Monitoring creative books (compiling campaign assets by book)
Uploading visuals to the server / DAM
Sending content to the relevant teams
Updating the image rights summary document
Renewing / extending image usage rights
Qualifications
Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor’s +4/5 / Master’s level) with initial experience in an agency (art buying, TV production) or in-house in a similar role
Basic knowledge of the Adobe Suite and visual production requirements
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
