After becoming a leading player in a few markets in record time, we are looking to grow our engineering team and keep building the financial infrastructure for FX and cross-border payments in Africa.

Role overview

You will join a small team of experienced engineers and contribute to a diverse range of internal tools and customer-facing products. Your solutions will help grow and run a payment infrastructure that processes millions of euros of transactions per day.

This role requires a customer-centric mindset, the ability to balance effort and impact, and clear communication with both engineers and non-engineers to discover great technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship React web applications.

• Design intuitive user interface.

• Communicate cross-team to collect requirements and feedbacks.

• Contribute to product research and create wireframes.

• Work closely with backend engineers to design APIs and coordinate shipping.

• Perform rigorous testing.

• Leverage AI-driven development practices.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience building web products.

• Experience working in a small high-paced team.

• Product builder and customer-centric mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to navigate trade-offs and balance effort vs impact.
